Online coaching offers clients the flexibility to train on their own schedules while providing a specific workout program planned for them.  An alternative would be real time virtual coaching through video calling platforms. Online coaching also comprises of nutritional advise/plans which further enhances the results of training. Fat loss and performance is proportional to a healthy diet. Hence, just by improving your diet, a significant increase in performance can be noticed!
